The Climate Card is Seoul's unlimited public-transport pass (subway, buses, and public bikes). As part of a transit-cost relief measure, Seoul gives a 30,000 won monthly payback to people who charged a 30-day pass and used it until it expired (up to 90,000 won total in the wider program). Most people apply online through the Tmoney Card&Pay website — but foreigners who can't complete resident-registration address verification use the manual route below instead.

Who can apply (this route)?

• Foreign residents who have difficulty verifying their resident-registration address.
• You must live in an eligible area — Seoul, or Gimpo, Gwacheon, Guri, Seongnam, Hanam in Gyeonggi.
• You must have charged a 30-day pass and used it to expiry. Short-term charges, refunded charges, or living outside the eligible area are not eligible.

Documents to submit

①	Payback application form + personal-information consent form
②	Certificate of Foreign Resident Registration Fact (외국인등록사실증명서) — issued within 1 month
③	Copy of your bankbook — in your own name (the account written on the form)
